They are the ones that are changing business, and how we do work, at a rather fast and rampant path, just like they did with our society changing us all for good; and it is no longer a matter of whether we would want to jump into the bandwagon or not. It’s a matter that if we don’t, we can count the years before we become extinct, as a company, because we wouldn’t be capable of sustaining such labour based businesses in the knowledge economy of the 21st century.
