You Can Stop the Social Media Hype: Business Collaboration News

There are no secrets of social media. As someone who’s seen the bubble of the early web and new media business burst, I’m feeling a sense of deja vu.

(Of course) I don’t agree. in my opinion Social Media has a different quality, because it really empowers customers. Customers connect, are able to share their voice and are able to influence on a much higher degree. We as Marketing do need to realize that. And we do need to realize the Opportunity to much easier have conversations with our customers, to listen to and to talk with them. Social Media for sure is not the solution for everything. But it is a huge opportunity.
