Nice visualization how to setup a Social Business Content Strategy. John Bell’s article discusses the position of a Chief Content Officer. I don’t believe in the CCO, nor in the Chief Social Media Officer. „Content Activation (=Create, Distribute, Promote and Measure“ throughout the company is important. More important is responsiveness and communication. And even more important is to build „social“ into the natural DNA of the company or government agency.
