Don’t agree with: Social Media Working Better for Retention Than Acquisition – eMarketer

I do not agree with the conclusion: It is the mixture of new customer acquisition, customer service and collaboration with customers (and I do use collaboration by intention) and brand awareness which makes Social Media extremely important – and not with traditional Marketing initiatives.
