The C-Suite Cares About Social Business – Digital Influence Mapping Project


Of course it is interesting that the C-suite seems to care about Social Business. This makes life much easier for social business initiatives. But I am finding it even more important that Social Media usage is going beyond Communication and Marketing this year. Yes, of course Marketing and Communication remains a focus area (and should be). But more and more companies realize that Social Media can and should be leveraged for other purposes, in particular Customer Service, Employee Engagement and Product Development.
