Employee from a Decade ago isn’t the same as the Employee of Today

I really like this graphic from Jacob Morgan’s new book, although I believe it designs an ideal world. Not only resistance of middle management and old style leaders is guaranteed . Motivation of all employees isn’t guaranteed either, but for sure we see change, we are fighting for change. to go this path:
